Made of sustainable melton wool from one of the oldest active textile mills in the United States it features a hand sewn chenille patch of the legendary KU mascot, representative of basketball elite. The Jayhawk Weekender also features full-grain leather, double lock stitching and solid metal zippers and clasps. The inside is made of twill cotton lining and a zippered interior pocket to hold keys, cables or ear buds. Do not machine wash, dry clean or iron.
If your leather gets dirty, you can use a soft cloth or brush to first remove any dirt that might be sitting on the material’s surface. Next, you can mix a solution of warm water and dish soap and wipe the leather. It is always a good idea to “spot test” any cleaning method first on a minimally visible area of the bag to avoid discoloration. Lastly, wipe the soap off with a clean damp cloth and let the bag air dry.
